What is ESOPtober? October is designated as ESOPtober - otherwise known as Employee Ownership Month. It is the perfect time to celebrate the value of employee ownership within the company, as well as with the community. In addition to the celebration, companies also use the month to remind and educate associates on the features and benefits of their ESOP.
